The Alexandra Bar

The main bar at the Alex is a traditional bare boards pub bar with an interesting collection of pub and brewery memorabilia, along with a mix of seafaring and maritime items, all acquired by the pub's landlord, James 'Tiny' Little.

The bar is always well stocked with real ales, beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Or you can order a tea or coffee and enjoy proper tasty real pub food seven days a week from 12.30 to 7.00 p.m.

The main bar has a traditional real log burner, plenty of seating and tables, plus a traditional juke box offering music for all tastes (with proceeds to charity).

The bar also leads through to the Lounge bar at each end and to an outside seating area.
